How to Submit Your Demo
To ensure that your submission is reviewed thoroughly, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Prepare Your Submission
• Tracks: Include up to three of your best tracks. Ensure they are high-quality recordings and clearly represent your sound.
• Bio: Provide a brief artist bio that highlights your background, influences, and any notable achievements or performances.
• Social Media Links: Include links to your social media profiles, streaming platforms, and any other relevant online presence.
• Format: Acceptable formats include MP3, WAV, or streaming links. Please avoid sending physical copies or other file formats.
• Email: Send your submission to MeltedMindzRecords@gmail.com
• Subject Line: Use the following format for the subject line of your email: “[Artist Name] - Demo Submission.”
• Message: In the body of your email, include your artist name, contact information, and a brief description of your submission.
3. Review Process
Once we receive your demo, our A&R team will review it carefully. Please note that due to the volume of submissions, it may take several weeks for us to provide feedback. We appreciate your patience during this time.

• Originality: We are looking for artists with a distinctive sound and fresh approach to music.
• Quality: Ensure that your tracks are well-produced and polished.

• Unsolicited Material: Melted Mindz Records only reviews demos submitted through our official submission process. We are not responsible for any unsolicited material sent outside of this process.
• Feedback: While we strive to provide feedback to all submissions, we cannot guarantee a response to every demo due to the high volume we receive.
